Payment Options & Credit Application Forms

All customers must pay cash unless they have been approved for billing. For easy billing, customers may submit a credit application, which can be found here:

Credit forms may be scanned and e-mailed back or faxed back to 224-212-1260. Please allow at least 5 business days for the review process and note that applications must be approved prior to the deposit of any materials onsite. Please note that Sexton’s credit application does not guarantee acceptance of any depository materials. All items must be free of contaminants and all loads are inspected and tested prior to placement. Sexton reserves the right to refuse any load at their sole discretion.
